German Rules Supplement 2016 now published

The German Rules Supplement is now available.
It stands in line with the Supplements of the last years, inter alia by establishing Quarter Final Rounds.
The most important deadline is January, 13th, 24:00 CET for submitting the memorials.
In respect of the preliminary rounds a new system has been established in order to guarantee a more objective and fair outcome. The Teams will be grouped with respect of the grades of their Memorials. They thus will have equally strong and "weak" opponents.
